These guys are awesome! Just wonderful with my wild and crazy bunch of munchkins!!! Not and easy 3 to wrangle, let alone examine and X-ray, well done. .
Each visit to UPD is fun for my 5 yo. Dr. Brian and his assistants are gentle and patient.
My 4 year old daughter loves going to see Tiffany and Dr. Brian so much she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!
This was my son's first dental visit (at age 4), and the entire experience was very child-friendly and tailored to his developmental level. He especially loved Mr. Thirsty (the suction thingy). We did have a bit of a wait, but Dr. Brian was very apologetic and explained that that was not how things usually ran. The front desk folks were very kind and friendly as well.
Every experience with Dr. Brian and his staff far exceeds all expectations. Dr. Brian is the best of best engaging family with not only his fabulous profession but also with his family. We wish continued success to Dr. Brian.
Dr. Brian and his staff are all extremely friendly and compassionate. Before coming to this practice my children feared the dentist visits. Everyone at UPD has eased their fears and showed them that going to the dentist isn't scary. They really care for their patients.

This was my daughter's first time ever getting anesthetics in the mouth and a filling and I must say hands down to Dr. Brian because he made this visit so comfortable for my daughter and me. Even his dental assistant Blair was awesome and very thorough as well.. Of course my daughter was scared once she realized she was not there for a cleaning ,but Dr Brian took the time out to explain to here in a calm voice about what he was doing and he was very patient with her and that really helped her to relax. Upstate Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful place with caring people who really take their time to make your child feel as comfortable as possible! Dr. Brian is so sweet and all of the hygienists are so caring and I could not imagine taking my kids anywhere else!
