The staff at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry are very genuine, nice and friendly people. They were very understanding and made my child feel content and safe with his dental work that needed to be done. They quickly eased his fears and that meant a lot to me.
Upstate Pediatric Dentistry provided us with excellent care in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Jones and his staff were smiling, inviting, and seemed truly interested in our son's well-being and our family needs from the beginning. They greeted our son by name the moment we walked in the door. Very professional. Also, my son and husband loved the kid-friendly atmosphere- games, toys, tvs and X-box!
I hope every child has the opportunity to meet Dr. Brian and his incredible staff. Miss Christina is so kind and greets you the moment you enter the dental office. She truly loves children and instantly provides a sense of comfort and security. Dr. Brian is always smiling and related to all six of my children in a way that kept them laughing while receiving fillings. Our experience was phenomenal! They took fear out of the equation when it comes to visiting the dentist. THANK YOU!!!
Dr. Brian Jones' business did not reflect on my sons dental experience at all- I appreciate the patience and professionalizm that we received. My son needs major dental work and he loved his experience at Dr. Jones' office. Words can not explain my gratitude. Dr. Brian and staff are curteous and helpful. They take the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns and address them! Our children have been patients for a year now and we have never experience such wonderful service from a pediatric dentist!
