Dr Kevin Cromer is awesome! He listens to me and explains things in away I can understand. Everyone is kind and professional! I highly recommend!
Im not sure what these people problem is but they are not willing or wanting to help anyone or should I say my husband. Kevin seen him twice and referred him to a therapist that never reached out. My husband has previous diagnosis that he was been treated for and Kevin didn't touch on. Therapy is vital true indeed but honey if you can't work through the depression or the crash outs to even get started with Therapy. Now I can't get him to do anything. Awful. They do not have even one doctor on staff. They’re all RNs and shouldn’t be treating anyone. Update: Almost a year later and this still the worst place that’s ever treated me. They do not care about you at all and just take your money. They especially prey on you if you don’t have insurance.
Before my visits here, I was conditioned by all past psychiatric professionals that the solution when I’m “feeling bad” (even for just 1-2 weeks) is to change the whole medication. Kevin’s approach was not to change my meds / strength because I was having a bad week. That was very eye opening for me & i’m so grateful he didn’t. I’m still on those same meds & better than ever. Thank you so much! He also referred me to an amazing, supportive therapist & she helped me so much too.
My son’s doctor sent a referral. Never heard from them. I called my son’s doctor and they told me they cannot provide care for him according to the records they sent. Way to help people who need mental health help!
