The best place for wellness therapy! All of the therapist are great at what they do. I go 1-2 times a month to stay healthy. They do both simple relaxing massages and very specific work on areas of pain. Also, they have laser, red light, cupping, and much more. One stop to feel your best!

Absolutely love Upstate Massage! Not only are the therapists incredible, but they offer the Red Light Bed as well. The therapists truly care about you and make sure they are working on the area(s) your body needs most. The Red Light Bed is so therapeutic. It has been helping me with inflammation, muscle soreness, and skin. The atmosphere/ambience is exactly what you are looking for. Quiet and relaxing! Highly recommend!
