I have had nothing but a positive experience. I used to go to a dermatologist in Saratoga that was a bit flashier, but that practice constantly rescheduled my appointment after I had to wait months to get one in the first place. Upstate has been the opposite. I have been able to get an appointment within a day or two of calling. Every practitioner I have seen has been quick and efficient. I was 7 minutes EARLY for my appointment. They had requested I be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork (PS I have yet to ever take 20 minutes to fill out any medical paperwork -- and I could have filled it out afterwards, too), but I got a little lost, so I lost a few minutes.
