Worst therapy place I’ve been to my appointment was at 4 o’clock got there at 3:30 waited almost an hour terrible
I’ve been seeing therapists since I was a kid (under 10) and I’m in my 30’s now, this has by far been my best experience. My therapist Gia is the perfect person to be in this field, very kind, understanding and genuine. Gia is compassionate and truly roots for your growth, happiness and success. An extremely unprofessional office and a heinous lack of compassion for circumstances out of your control. I really hope that the therapist Claire has the opportunity to move onto bigger and better things because she was a wonderful therapist and deserves better than this disgusting place they call a counseling office.
I am having a great experience with Gia Recco! She is super warm, knowledgable, and I feel comfortable sharing with her. I definitely feel I am in good hands here!
I would definitely give the organization a lower score. The therapist I had was phenomenal unfortunately this organization does not follow through with what they tell their clients. They literally charged my account after I shared with them what day to extract the fund but they ignored my request and took the money from me. I no longer want to be apart of an organization that does not reach out to the client after they request a call to further discuss a matter. I hope this matter gets fixed.
