I paid $265 for a deep cleaning service for the house I’m moving into, and the cleaners barely touched anything. The cabinets were still dirty inside, floors and surfaces looked the same, and the house was practically unchanged after the service. I asked them to either redo the cleaning properly or provide a full refund. Instead, they only refunded $65. Maggie and Didi do a wonderful job and we truly enjoy a regularly clean house. They're thorough and adaptive to special requests.
We hired this terrible company to deep clean my brother’s home and they should be ashamed at how their cleaning people left his home. They wiped counters down and ran a vacuum but did not clean in anyway that would make you think they touched every surface. I’m beyond disgusted with this company. What they say they do is a complete lie. They took the cash and ran out laughing at us. DO NOT use this company ever!!!! That is not how you should run your “cleaning service business”. Cleaning people rushed through leaving the shower floors and corners in 3 full bathrooms untouched. Stove top slightly wiped, corners in all rooms ignored. Phoned the owners with pictures and they offered to send someone back the next day which I refused. So they came back after seeing the photos with one towel, wiped shower floor corners with soap scum, floors they missed and faucets with the same cloth so I had to redo the entire clean and disinfect as I just wanted them gone at that point.
