Cindy and Tee were wonderful to my sister and I tonight! They went above and beyond to make us happy! We arrived 15 minutes until closing and they gave us two awesome dipped manicures && neck massages! They stayed until the job was done. Highly recommend y'all coming out to see them for some pretty nails and great customer service!! It's the only place we go in Granbury.
I went to get my eyebrows waxed the other day, and they basically took off my eyebrows. My eyebrows were thick and full, just needed a few stray hair tamed, but now I have to pencil them in for the rest of my life. Thanks Upscale! Then she proceeded to tell me I needed my whole face waxed, along with a manicure.
Oh my gosh! !!! This place is incredible! !!! I live in Boyd, and my daughter introduced to Upscale, I now drive 1&1/2 hours to get my nails and toe nails done!!!! I know that seems like a crazy drive, but let me tell you it is WELL WORTH IT!!!! APPOINTMENTS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME! !!! AND I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT!!! Even when I've come in on a walk in basis that still get me super fast!! I love everyone there and they are always super courteous to all that have come in while I've been there. This is the only nail salon I will go to in Granbury. "Cindy" does a fantastic job and will make my nails exactly how I like them to be, even with my "oh just a little bit rounder/more square, etc". Yes it's a bit more expensive but when you get EXACTLY what you want it's well worth it.
They do not honor appointments. They will take walk-ins over scheduled appointments as I waited 30 minutes with an appointment and I was on time, with no available staff. This is a terrible business practice and they have lost me as a client. Management is lacking in customer service, extremely disappointed as this has happened twice now.
I've been coming here for years and I'll NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE again!!!! Everyone there is friendly, caring, GREAT at their jobs, great prices & very knowledgable of the newest techniques!! I always get mine done very elaborately (on the exception of today) and I get SO MANY compliments on a daily basis!!! The new management has just been an added bonus to my already loyal business given!!! Thanks everybody!!! ��������
The ratings on here are OLD!!! The management has changed and I have been coming here for YEARS!!! I've NEVER gotten anything but the very best service!!! The manager is so sweet and caring!!! Kristi & Cindy do my nails! I have acrylic nails, sometimes dipping....and they are ALWAYS beautiful!!! I have a hard time keeping nails on and EVERYWHERE and ANYONE other than them that I've been to for the last 15yrs couldn't keep them on!!! Now....they ALWAYS last a minimum 4 weeks!!!
