Lacking in customer service to say the LEAST! Today was my 3rd and last visit. I've browsed once, purchased once and today I attempted to consign with Upscale Resale. She turned me away in front of two other customers without hesitation. I visited their website for consigning instructions. It said nothing about consigning by appointment only.
