UPSCALE KITCHEN & BATH We met with ROYCE and signed a contract for a bathroom re-model on June 6, 2018. ROYCE assured us this was a 3 day job and requested most of the money upfront. We had continual delays and excuses from day one! One month later job was still not completed. Every single Monday no one showed up. If they set a time of 9:00 it was 1:00 or 2:00 or not at all. Awful company that is tanking. We gave the company an 11k deposit for our kitchen remodel in January 2018 by May 7th the work hadn’t been started with no start date in the future. We asked for our refund and have been given the run around for the last couple months. He even sat in our living room and cut us two separate refund checks which bounced. Way to take advantage of a family Royce.

I really had to put a lot of thought into this review. I will be honest, I was not initially impressed with this company. The owner, Royce, was my initial contact at a home show early spring. He had told me in the beginning it would take a while because he was already busy, but I signed up anyway. I did like the idea of the stone and no grout, so I pulled the trigger. Signed contract on July 12, 2017 for 3 bathrooms. Started work on two bathrooms 12/12/17. Requested the third bathroom (master) contract to be voided on 2/28/18 and refunded my deposit from master bath. It has now been over 5 months, no refund and the two bathrooms are still not complete. Contractor has excuse after excuse, will state "be there on Tuesday" then never shows up. "check is being sent certified" but cannot send me the tracking number and check is not receive. Awful customer service and product. Royce, the owner lied about times, services and products from start to finish. Our kitchen took 8 weeks and was scheduled for one. He still has not replaced a window pane and will not return my calls because we paid in full. Our cabinets were hung crooked and put in incorrectly. Our faucet is out of alignment with the window and the tile was disgraceful. We had to have them come back multiple times to fix cracked and crooked tiles.
