I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the stylist is very nice and she is genuinely talented at braiding. However, I would not recommend her for other services. I received a sew-in that unfortunately had a 'helmet' look—it was way too bulky at the top and nearly 'boneless' in the back. When I went back the next day to fix it, she moved hair from the top to the back, but it just created more issues. I ended up having to take the entire sew-in out after only three days. I can’t say enough great things about Upscale Braids! My daughter gets knotless braids here and they always come out great. We’ve been serviced by Grace and Lili, and they’re both truly amazing. Highly recommend!
Upscale Braids is my go to place for excellence. I hadn’t worn braids for ten years and I wanted to grow my hair out. I went for an old school individual style. They have out performed EVERY time! My experience with Upscale Braiding is always great! Grace and Lillie are professional and they pay close attention to detail. You can tell they value their customer’s experience. The salon is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!
Great and friendly service provided by Lili & Grace! My hair turned out amazing; I like the size, length, and the end of my meduim knotless waist length braids. The parting was clean and braiders were gentle. 10 for 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good professional braiding service!
