Booked an appointment several days in advance at a specific time, showed up early and the barber was with a client. 15 minutes past the appointment time he finished with the client and took someone else before me. uneven, and the stylist didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted. I walked in expecting a top-tier experience, but I left feeling completely disappointed. I don’t understand how they have such high reviews when my experience was far from it. Definitely not going back.
