I have had fresh water tanks in the past and recently got a salt water tank so of course I have a LOT of questions. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Kate for everything and going to Upscale Aquatics. Definitely going back
This place is awesome! The employees are always nice and helpful! Picked up 22 orange Sunkist shrimp and a 36in fluval aquasky today and the new 40 breeder nano tank is looking awesome! Thanks for the great service!
I wrote a lengthy review on google, but this place is great, awesome selection, great staff, and very nice store. The guy that helped me(had a pony tail, can’t remember his name, and I apologize)but he was fantastic, helped me out, showed me everything I asked about and really knew his stuff. I will def be back and will probably order online since the guy that helped me informed me upscale is starting to ship fish now. Thank you for the great experience!!
Upscale has the best variety and quality of fish around. The staff are always helpful and willing to answer any questions and offer their knowledge. I have been coming here a long time and always leave happy. HIGHLY recommend this place!
Matt and the staff have been great to work with. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection for any type of aquarium. I look forward to every visit. The aquarium hobby can be very challenging at times but they do a great job of making it an enjoyable and rewarding hobby!
Matt is always open to trying to find the oddball fish I'm looking for, and brings in some great fish.
