RecommendedEveryone were very polite and informative. Over the phone they even send me pictures of the fish and willing to sent videos. Fish all arrived alive and healthy, YES they ship! I ordered a halichoeres wrasse over a weekend, so she was shipped out on a Monday. UPS sorted her to the wrong distribution center causing her to be picked up on Wednesday early afternoon (a whole day later). She was shipped in the biggest box I have ever gotten a fish in, she was alive and well when I opened it! No issues, clean water still! I absolutely love this store. I had a problem with my tank and they gave me exactly what I needed and my tank looks great again!!
So I called the location and told them I was seeking a small betta tank and betta fish for a toddler’s bedroom. I explained to the guy on the phone that I wanted something inexpensive since it was for a child. He said “Oh we have it”. I asked what time the location closed, he said 7 pm and I said I am on my way. I arrived and I wasn’t greeted by either staff working in the store they finished helping the customer who was there and just walked off like I wasn’t standing there with my child. Wow. Seriously. To begin with we always recommend any customer to completely cycle an aquarium before placing any livestock in it. This is and always will be the proper procedures and the way will we recommend any customer start an aquarium. Don’t you dare try to place the racist comment. We help every single customer that comes in the store. You’re a shame to even believe this way and act like that. Please never step foot back into this business with that mindset.
They are Awesome people they help you what you need to be helped with they know what they’re talking about there just a true Fish aquarium store they’re friendly they’re nice it’s always a good welcome to come in to that store
