Great place and great fish
A little cramped, but I've always gotten great service and great fish. The staff is very knowledgeable and are very helpful for beginners and hardcore pros. I've never felt like I was being up sold into things I didn't need.
Don’t sell broken tanks and then refuse refunds.

Awesome store, helpful staff
The name truly says it all. Absolutely amazing store that covers all areas of the Hobby. The first time entering the store is almost overwhelming by the about of quality packed in ONE store. Nice dry goods section that has what you actually need and use. For the freshwater Hobbiest look no further this place has it, healthy tanks, good light and happy fish. Number 1 place for buying corals and saltwater fish
Out of every pet shop/aquarium center I have visited/shopped since starting in the hobby in the 80s (including time working at multiple pet shops), Upscale has the finest selection I have ever seen in my life. Simply outstanding. Allow yourself 3 hours to walk around in amazement. Count on having renewed passion for the hobby. My favorite and the absolute best shop, period.
