Absolutely terrible savings site now with the changes. The website doesn't function and gives very little information and is not user friendly. Most of the companies no longer participate in the program. I have no idea how long I will have to wait to get the savings I have been collecting for 17 years. They provided absolutely no information to customers about all the changes and limitations now imposed on the accounts. I requested a transfer of my earnings (totaling almost $1,700) almost 2 months ago. Despite multiple attempts to reach them for an explanation as to why my money isn't being transferred, I can't reach anyone. Truly frustrating, as I'm trying to pay for our son's educational expenses and I counted on that money. = (

I have been a Upromise parent for 15 years. Thru Upromise I received nearly $2,000 in funds back from shopping. They have been really easy to work with and keep improving on the website. Compared to other similar sites they are easier and faster to get paid for everyday shopping. You need to read the process and follow it.

I received several notifications that Upromise has changed it's cash back program and through all the reading I did it's less money back to me in the end. No benefit to the cardholder. This program is VERY frustrating. I average about $20 back a month in cash rewards but it takes a very long time for rewards to post to your Upromise account, I have a transacations dating back to March 2018 that are still PENDING (its now July 2018). Fees and more fees. Trying to close out an account. It didn't have much money in it and had been costing $20 a year in (maintenance fees) and only earning $9 for the year! When trying to close the account, to be used to pay tuition, I was charged another $15 closing account fee. Really? Very disappointment and would not recommend.

They don't in fact give the rewards they claim on their website, and what little rewards they do give, they give piecemeal in increments of pennies, over months. It borders on consumer fraud, and i hope someone starts a class action against them.

When calling your call center to discuss combining a very old account with a brand new one because I couldn't remember my username and the email I probably used is no longer valid, I could not even begin to understand the person that answered the phone. Not only was there a lot of background noise (not the computer, whatever was in the background at the place the person was answering from) and the person spoke very broken English and I eventually gave up trying to speak with this person. I am beyond frustrated. As of today, February 27, 2017 I have been trying to apply for a Upromise World Mastercard but haven't been able to for over 1 week. There are no links on the website to apply. Tonight I called ******* **** and they said this card is no longer offered. When I called UPromise customer service, the agent said it's down and I should try in a few days. That is unacceptable. A couple of days?
