Fast service and decent product, but I appeared to be shorted by 1,000 pieces in my last order

Uprint did a fantastic job! We were using a local vendor to create our business logo's and the quality dropped off a bit as of late so I decided to look elsewhere. Not only is the quality great, but we saved about 40% and the ease in which the stickers come off the roll is easy and efficient. Our previous labels were sometimes hard to take off the sheet and sometimes would rip the sticker. Very pleased with the product.
Terrible experience. The most irresponsible company I’ve dealt with. I contacted both the store and customer service multiple times to pick up my order — every time they told me to wait for an email. I explained it was urgent. I finally got the pickup email around 4:30 PM and called at 4:50 PM to say I was on my way, but they said the store was already closed.
