PLEASE BEWARE ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY... If I could do no stars I would. Was just there and they refuse to order stockings that we have been getting for years. They won't order them since they don't make enough money. They have always have been in network with our insurance. Lady at front desk said what did you not understand yesterday when I talked to you. Don't really like people there so really be zero
Trying to adapt to a CPAP machine has been really difficult for me. I am trying my third mask, but this time I saw a different respiratory therapist, and she was incredibly helpful. I could tell just talking to Mary on the phone that she understood, was empathetic, and was committed to helping me. My in-person appointment with her today was very beneficial. Mary gets 5 stars from me.
