Holy cow, these fellas are great! Friendly, courteous, and thorough. Found the problem quickly, and enjoyed a good chuckle regarding the smallest lens obstruction ever.
If you are reading this review, it is probably because you are looking for a company fix your garage door or something to do with it. Listen, just call Upright. They are quick, reasonable, and most importantly honest. Never did I feel like they were trying to sell me something! Plus, the track system that they installed is AMAZING!
Kurt was very professional and was very prompt as he came out right away to look at my sister's garage door opener. He inspected the current opener and door and determined the opener was junk and suggested they purchase another that was a far better product but didn't break the bank. Their garage door itself was not in the greatest condition so Kurt threw together an estimate within 24 hours for them to purchase another door if they wanted to. I highly, highly recommend this company! These guys worked quickly & got us on their schedule fast! They even had the opener put together before coming & it took them even less time to install! They explained everything very well! We love our new opener system! So happy we decided to use them!
