They were great when I had an emergency and my door would not go up. It was early in the morning, my son and I went to leave to get him to school. I called them saying I was stuck. Rod knew, by the phone conversation, what the problem was. They came out quickly, fixed it, were reasonably priced and the tech (Alex) was great, friendly and professional.
Josh did a great job in giving our garage door a makeover! He recommended exactly what was needed. Runs so smooth and quiet now too!!
