We had a very strange experience at this office today. I took my 12 year old in for a first visit, she had woken up in a lot of pain in her back on this Saturday morning. Provider tried to adjust her for maybe 10 mins and said he couldn’t do anything for her, he wasn’t sure why she was so hard to adjust. I asked what I could do for my daughter and no real help was offered. She left in more pain than she arrived with. They offer an insanely good military discount!!! Not only that, I love the hours and flexibility their office provides. I am in, out, and move on with my day. I also had purchased my month and then COVID19 hit. They could have said, sorry we were open you should have used your visits, however they said they understood the stay at home order and said they would honor my last three visits when things calmed down. What an awesome way to do business! I refer all my friends to this place

I have nothing but good things to say about Upright! The docs and front desk staff know you by name and do their best to make you comfortable. I love the fact that it’s walk-in only so that you can fit your adjustment into whatever your schedule is. Professional and kind for a great price, I recommend them to all my friends!
