New Client moved across the street. TRIED to book an appointment. 2 options to pay online only in order to book a time. Credit card or debit (no cash) .. debit is only for USA banks .. very odd as this is in Etobicoke, and we use Canadian Banks. That leaves you with credit card only. I called in to see whats up, and got a very unhelpful female. This is a great way to deter clients that are in the area. You should fix this to get more clients, as debit to Canadian banks would be nice
I had a great haircut with Yohan. He is a very professional barber who clearly pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure everything was done precisely. Roberto especially is one of the kindest to do it! All the staff are very attentive and they value customer service highly. All the barbers are very skilled and the website makes it easy to book with someone as you can see their skill set. Highly recommend!
