Have gone a few times to get our son’s haircut. Was not great Customer service, but they at least got his haircut and our son seemed to like it. Today was a different experience. My son went online early in the morning and scheduled an appointment for 1:15 today with Mario. Drove all the way from Middleton and was told online the appointment got canceled 15 minutes before the appointment. We drove all the way from Middleton.
