The most bizarre experience with these people. A very nice girl was going to sublet me her apartment and told me exactly when it would be available if it fell through with the current signer. It ended up falling through, she tells me immediately and I sign the application, paying the $50, this can clearly show I was “first in line” since they told me prior that applications are first come first.
