I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected all my life. The way the receptionist Brianna treated me was CRAZY. Yes I was 10 minutes late and yes I requested an appointment change ( because she got it wrong the first time) , but that does not give anyone the right to provide poor customer service and make a person feel unwanted. When I arrived 10 minutes not 15 minutes after my appointment ( after recieving several text and phone calls every 2 minutes) I asked to be rescheduled and I did not demand to be seen. Upper West Side Dental is a great in every way from a basic cleaning to more complex procedures. Every time I walk in I’m treated with respect and kindness and it is always a good experience. I highly recommend it.

Got a Root Canal and a few fillings and might I say, a very seamless process. Didn't even realize we were done with the Root Canal. I've always heard it was a painful process so at the beginning of my procedure, I asked "if there would be pain" and Dr. Shirley said "No". I'll just say a man of his word! P.S. Very professional and accommodating office. Will be going back!
Can't recommend this place and doctor Shirley enough. Always a great experience! Impecable place, amazing service, never have to wait to be seen and he is attentive and detail oriented.
