Wonderful facility and the staff is top notch. From ownership through to support staff, everyone is professional and courteous with excellent dispositions. I almost want to break my other ankle so I can continue being around everyone here...almost.

5 stars 🌟 12 years ago I was a pregnant and had horrible sciatica pain and I went to Upper Perk Physical therapy with great relief. A lot of one on one treatment and great staff . Now 12 years later my son needed sports therapy due to an injury and we tried a place closer to home due to convenience and the results were minimal at best . I love Dominik he makes every session new and fun but gets tough on you to help you heal. He matches my rock tape to my outfit and he is matches hid outfit and always teases and jokes with everyone because they are already on pain he tryst to make the smile so I really recommend him on a scale of 1-10 I would gibe him a 15

This is the second time that I've come to Upper Perk Physical Therapy, The people are lovely and you are treated more like a friend than a patient. They have helped me and my family more than once.

A great and very friendly staff. Everyone is helpful and kind. Any time I needed therapy of any kind they are always a big help to making me feel better. I highly recommend Upper Perk Phisical Therapy.

I have been a patient for several years. I have a bad back with a neurostimulator implant. Also, I have MS and all of its issues. UPPT has been excellent for helping to relieve my pain and teach me exercises which help too. They are like family to me.

This was my first experience receiving physical therapy, so I didn't really know what to expect. All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful! Dominik was my primary therapist and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was always able to answer any questions I had and explain the purpose of what we were doing to strengthen my back. When he wasn't available, the other therapists were able to pick up right where we left off. I can't say enough good things about this clinic!

I began working with Jay after injuring to my back and neck over ten years ago in a car crash. After completing my physical therapy and being released from the doctors' care, I began the fitness program at UPPT and have continued on ever since. Throughout the years I've had other injuries and pains that have required pt and I've always gone to either Jay or Dominic. This is my second stint with UPPT. My first was do to a rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I worked a lot with Domanic and I went to see my doctor for my two month checkup. When I waved hi to him he couldn't believe what he saw. I was released at TWO months. Now I'm back with a complete tear in my right shoulder. Very nasty. Jay has been the man on this one. A lot of stretching and movement. I'm am not allowed to lift yet. I just had my 2 month checkup and I waived to the doctor again! He could not believe his eyes. Please le... read more
