The wife and I stopped in today to check things out, and ended up with new gear and juices. Kenzie was more than accommodating, great staff, very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.
Today was my first time ever going into upper limits and it was by far the best experience I've ever had. It was decently priced. When I walked in the door they all greeted me and I told them it was my first time in and the owner introduced herself and all the employees and gave us a description of where everything was. Love it!!! New vape shop for sure!

The people at upper limits are amazing. They really know what Customer service is all about. I live in Ohio. I'm not able to go into the store. I do my shopping online, and have only spoken to them on the phone. Always a pleasure to deal with them. They take the time to talk with you like you are one of their best friends. Should I find myself in Illinois I will definitely be stopping in. I may just plan a trip to stop in.
Could not be happier with the experiences ive had in the store. Been there two times but im sold for a lifetime on it. Doing a great job guys. Keep it up
