Bought a Q ultra within 2 days it wouldn’t turn on returned to the store only to be given a support email for my vapes company and that’s all. Even being recognized as being in there 2 days prior. Even buying this vape off an employee recommendation I couldn’t get the vape exchanged or even refunded was told their return policy was on my receipt... yeah after I’ve already purchased the item. Won’t be returning even though I live 2 blocks away.
Friendly, Knowledgeable staff always willing to take a few minutes to explain things, and incredibly respectful managers. Jordan and Billy in particular have been lifesavers! I will continue supporting this local business because of the great service and range of products they carry. #Dynavap
