Bought a pen from these guys a month back and it leaked since day one. Came in 2 weeks ago telling them that the pen was leaking. They said they could not exchange without manager approval and told me to come in before 5 Mon-Fri. Like many, I work during the day so very difficult for me to come in at that time. They suggested I should change the coil even though it was not used up. Came in again before 5 and the manager and owner were on the property. Neither one came to discuss the problem with me.
