I had the pleasure of this young man cutting my hair the other day. He was very polite and gave me what I ask for. I also know he was in the army thank you for your service. I think his name was Rum.

Best haircut I've had in over 20 years. Rum is most definitely the best barber here in Watertown New York. He was very professional. Everything about his Station and Clippers were clean if you're needing a haircut in the Watertown area definitely visit Rome at Upper Kutz Barbershop.

Probably the worst, longest, and most expensive haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a low fade and the “fade” on the left side of my head is a full inch and a half higher than the right side and they didn’t fade it at all it looks like a straight line across. I’m assuming the guy was new because it took a full hour and 20 minutes for the haircut from when I sat down to when I left whereas a normal haircut is 15/20 minutes. Highly recommend, was able to come in on a walk-in and I was welcomed and fit into the schedule quickly. Good environment, attention to detail, and most importantly great haircut!
