RecommendedJust moved in several weeks ago, however, every single resident I have interacted with during my move has been extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. They also have great things to say about the apartment complex, no negativity at all.
Manager is "on-the-ball!" with upkeep, cleanliness, the staff is helpful and friendly! My apt is nice with all the appliances I need. Great Houston location. I plan to stay here and invite my friends.
The management here is wonderful! The apartments are bright and sunny. Dogs are welcome.
We love living at UK! We've been here for over 3 years now and the location can't be beat. The amenities are great (gym, pool, dog run, Amazon hub) and we are within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars (and biking distance to museums and parks). Fantastic place to live.
Upper kirby is safe and maintenance is quick! Awesome place.
