After double carpal tunnel surgery both of my thumbs are now not usable and extremely painful. Due to an insurance glitch my return visit for the painful And frozen thumb was not covered. So because I could not pay $300 because I’m unemployed because I don’t have working hands I could not see him again. This company worries only about payment not patients. So now I’m worse than when I started and unable to get it fixed.
Dr. Tsai is an incredible surgeon! His staff are at the top of their game as well. Greg is my physical therapist ... very knowledgeable and he is quite the character, which really comes in handy when he is stretching my elbow when it doesn’t want to be stretched!
