Dr. John and his team are absolutely wonderful. His admin staff always go out of their way to accommodate and are so friendly every time. The office is spotless, welcoming, and in a great location. Couldn’t ask for better care
After a terrible experience at another nearby dentist, Dr. John was referred to me by a friend who previously worked in the industry. Everything about my experience at this clinic has been 10/10 thus far (over a year now). The team is responsive, warm and professional from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. Dr. John is incredibly good at his craft and takes time to explain each part of any procedures. I would highly recommend this clinic!
I really liked going there for my couple of appointments. Recently I have left messages trying to book a cleaning and no one has returned my calls to book an appointment. Is very unprofessional. What’s the point of having an answering machine if you aren’t going to call people back.
We just moved from Toronto to Oakville and we were looking for a nearby Family dentist. I called and left voice mail (both unanswered). We even visited the office this morning and still we could not get an appointment for the kids (nearest one in two months). Eventually, we found another dentist in the area who saw the kids and we were very happy with him.
