Dr. Tanya Vaysman was terrific, she explained the procedure, made sure the kids were comfortable each step of the way. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean.
Staff is super friendly and patient. They understand this is a big commitment for an adult and help you work through the details.
Everything has been great. My only recommendation is sending out an email or cal invite when booking appointments so that patients have a record upon booking their appointment. This would be helpful, but not necessary.
It was very good. Dentist was very attentive and gentle with my daughter who was getting braces for first time. She also called the next day to see how my daughter was doing.
Upon walking in the reception area, we were very friendly greeted. Our work was very pleasing and professional. Upon leaving the staff was very nice and smiling and ask if we needed anything else. It was also nice to have bottled water and a small iPad for the children to play with.
We've been very happy with the service and professionalism, as well as the quick response when a brace has fallen out or we've needed a fast followup appointment.
It was my initial consultation. Everything was clearly explained. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I did not have to wait very long.
Super friendly staff and efficiently run office that has short wait times. The office is run well to have you seen on time. I would definitely recommend to friends.
During my initial conversation with the office I was happy with how accomodating, friendly, and professional was the staff. Can't wait to see the doctor.
