I went for a partial dye and trim and the lady was distracted and on her phone the entire time and she messed up my hair. My natural color wasn't supposed to be touched and now I have dye in parts of hair and not other like it should have been. This dark haired lady didn't know what she was doing. Do Not Go Here!
Misti did an amazing job on my highlights! She was so understanding with my 2yo also. Definitely going back.
I usually do my own haircuts but this last time I botched it up this last time. I have to give a shout-out to Misti for being a superhero and made it a whole lot better and I have gotten a lot of great compliments on it as well. Misti I do thank you extremely very much and the place is very clean and organized.
I really enjoy the service at Upper Cuts. They are always friendly, have excellent stylists and deliver a great cut each time I visit. I rarely wait long, they understand my goals and deliver a cut that matches them every time. The entire experience is pleasant and definitely recommended.
