Because my ID didn't not show my married name I was turned away. The lady wanted to put me under a name that I don't have and use my current insurance. Sounds like fraud...... oh and using my ID with all my information besides a updated name change from my Maiden to my husband's last name was not a option. Wow..... a place to go to so you can see why you have chest pains basically said no. WOW AGAIN JUST WOW
