The medical team is great from all my interactions. The problem is the Administrative Team. It took weeks of continuous calling to even make an appt. I would call with a promise of a callback that never came and then restart the process. I am having the same issue with responsiveness to messages in mychart, which I was told to use. I called the office and that didn't help either with a response, its been over 2 weeks at this point with no response. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by office management.
What a horrible place to deal with, can’t even make an appointment or find out how much it would cost. They lie and say someone will call you within three days. Well, it’s been two weeks. And stop making people listen to that horrible recorded message over and over where the harsh woman talks about all kinds of diseases. Nobody wants to hear that when they’re on hold. I guess I’ll have to find another place for medical help, because this place is impossible.
Maka Siamashvili was so patient and listened to all of my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and kind and I enjoyed my visit with her!
Dr Levin is wonderful, however, I can never get ahold of anyone in the office. It has happened on three different occasions that it takes me calling, leaving numerous voicemails and messaging on the portal to finally get an answer about something as simple as medication dosage. One time I had to take off of work to go in person to finally get an answer. This time it has been 2 weeks of countless communication attempts and still no answer.
DR. LEVIN is by far the worst doctor I've ever encountered. I have many legitimate reasons for making this statement, but I feel intense sarcasm may steer you to a Doctor that didn't begin practicing medicine in the back of a barber shop. Although the free shave and haircut is a nice touch the Rattlesnake Oil King's Liniment and Earthworm Poultice he provided didn't cure my lombago, straighten my spine, correct my rheumatism, and did absolutely nothing for my catarrh.
