Dr Levin is wonderful, however, I can never get ahold of anyone in the office. It has happened on three different occasions that it takes me calling, leaving numerous voicemails and messaging on the portal to finally get an answer about something as simple as medication dosage. One time I had to take off of work to go in person to finally get an answer. This time it has been 2 weeks of countless communication attempts and still no answer.

DR. LEVIN is by far the worst doctor I've ever encountered. I have many legitimate reasons for making this statement, but I feel intense sarcasm may steer you to a Doctor that didn't begin practicing medicine in the back of a barber shop. Although the free shave and haircut is a nice touch the Rattlesnake Oil King's Liniment and Earthworm Poultice he provided didn't cure my lombago, straighten my spine, correct my rheumatism, and did absolutely nothing for my catarrh. If Endocrinology were in it's infancy... I'm sorry that m... read more

I’ve been One diabetic for 15 years and I’ve been a patient here for years and I just Had to reschedule an appointment that I waited five months for— And now my rescheduled appointment is going to be another seven months out so if you need your A1c checked, hopefully you can wait anywhere from seven months plus… Not to mention, I am the only the ONLY T1D that I know of who is living without a continuous glucose monitor, and that is largely due, if not fully due to this office and their lack of care. not to mention, I have se... read more

Horrible- my Ob/Gyn office referred me to them for a serious thyroid issue. When I called, I had to leave a voicemail and they didn't call me back until the next day. I was told they are scheduling new patient appointments in July- it's March. Do they really think I'm going to wait 4 months to be seen for this issue?? Do not even bother contacting them.
