I came to Dr. Jack Lynady because of constant neck tension that was also affecting my sleep. I used to wake up multiple times during the night and never felt fully rested. I was kind of skeptical to go to another chiropractor again based upon my experiences with them in the past. He does not crack the back or twist the neck. He is very gentle and thorough, and I feel so much better after his adjustments. He has done wonders for my neck and shoulders. On top of that, he is very kind and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Lynady to anyone who is in pain.

I just started my treatments with Dr Lynady but even after only a couple weeks I can tell there’s a reduction in my headaches and the intensity of them. The doctor is very informative and very kind. I would definitely recommend this doctor for anyone having issues with cervical spine. He also helped my daughter with her vertigo. Overall a great experience.
