We have been a customer for many years now. Our oil driver remembers where he has to park his truck to get the hose to be able to reach my tank. The service guys that service our furnace are also great guys with a wealth of knowledgeable. I highly recommend Upper Canada Fuels and anyone of their locations. These days my husband and I like to support local company's that are locally owned and operated. Brent and his staff are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with.
Would never recommend this company. One of there drivers came to fill a separate unit on the property I live on. Ended up near my propane tanks that I take care of myself. Must have opened the valve and got it stuck open on a full tank. Instead of trying to fix the issue, the driver would rather lie and claim no involvement. Good show good show Funny thing is I was going to call this company to install and purchase from them Guess what I won’t be doing now
