Tried to make an appointment and it was like she literally did not want to help schedule me. The weirdest conversation. She said they were booked out and I said thats fine, then she said her computer was not working. Asked super irrelevant questions to make it seem like he didn’t need an appointment even though I had a referral. So useless.
Nearly impossible to make an appointment. Very frustrating.
Cancelled our appointment without notifying us, then tried to schedule us out another 5-6 weeks…. What a joke!
