Upper Bluffs Dental is an amazing place. All the staff there are friendly and professional. The place is clean and bright. Dr. Hiutin and staff always take the time to answer all questions and make me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr.Hiutin does fantastic work. I would highly recommend Upper Bluffs Dental.
