My dental appointment was done by a dentist that was not fluent in communicating in English well , I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and they said the next call would be confirmation of my appointment with a surgeon since they did not do wisdom teeth there , however the next call was an appointment to fill my teeth which I was able to go and was charged next was a call informing me of a cleaning appointment which I never agreed to which they also charged me for , I find their communication is not the best starting from the d... read more
I live above this place. I’ve been trying for over a month to get an appointment. But the receptionist can’t seem to use my healthcare insurance plan. Just saying go to another dentist is unacceptable and not user friendly
Great experience with Dr. Sara. Very clear communication and clearly very dexterous. I have a lot of damage, and had too much bad dental work in the past from a different dentist, so I was anxious being my first visit. From the moment I was in the chair my anxiety went away and now hours later I can tell the tooth was worked on properly. Also a special shoutout to the receptionist and other staff. Highly recommend this place!
