Even under pandemic conditions I know I am getting the best medical care for my 3 dogs! I greatly appreciate the care taken by everyone in handling my geriatric crew and the time Dr Giatis and Dr.Joanna Parsons have put into helping me make the best medical decisions for each one. I'm also grateful for UA's flexibility from scheduling to answering questions to paying the utmost attention to each dog's individual needs and for the coordination with the other medical specialists we need. Feeling very grateful for Drs Adam & Joanna Parson and their team at the Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital! My cat was laboring to catch her breath and on a busy Saturday morning with no appt, they took her in right away. Once they were able to get her breathing back to a normal rhythm they made her comfortable and kept her for the rest of the day to be sure she was stable enough to come home. Dr. Joanna cared for our beloved miniature schnauzer with compassionate expertise until Lodi's loss was unavoidable at almost 15 years of age. She saved the life of our subsequent poodle mix, a rescue dog who went into acute tracheal distress due to incompetence at a local grooming establishment. We recommend the U.A. Veterinary Hospital in the absolute highest terms and would never entrust a pet to any other veterinary practice.

We chose this office 7 years ago when we first moved to Columbus because it was closest to our apartment. We made the absolute best choice. We adopted our sweet Victor from them when we brought our other cat in for a kitten check up. We could never thank them enough for allowing us to take him home forever. We go back each year for checkups and Drs. Parson and the entire staff are caring, informative, and patient. I can’t imagine taking our two cats anywhere else for care.
Everyone is so caring , helpful -- you feel like you are their only patient !!
