My two year old golden retriever is a patient at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. We always have the best experience here. The staff is so extremely friendly and kind to both humans and animals. My dog has had multiple visit during the pandemic which meant I would not be there to accompany him during the exam. The staff has done an outstanding job of making my sweet puppy feel safe without me and communicating with me via telephone during the exam and a week later to follow up. Fabulous. very well organized and super efficient. We really appreciate the time and effort your staff put into making it a pain free procedure. Your patience listening to us and answering all of our questions was reassuring.
There is an absolute confidence I feel when putting my fur family in their care. Many of us are ultra protective for our ‘furloves’, some, because they have been rescued and further trauma of any kind is unacceptable. It’s indeed a challenge for me to let them go in without me (due to Covid protocol), but this is a place where care and affection is plentiful.

Great Doctors and staff! They have helped us with all of our cats and are empathic and caring. They provide prompt appointments when our pet is acutely ill.
Curbside service is great. I still feel like I am getting a great check-up experience for my pup. Plus, she loves going to the vet so I know she is in good hands! I also appreciate that the staff takes the time to discuss any and all concerns, even over the phone.
Dr Giatis is always so personable. Even though we cannot see each other in person during the visits due to COVID it is clear that she genuinely cares about our pets and us as a pet owning family!
I have been very pleased with the curbside service, during COVID. Everyone has been very professional and kind. The office has the feeling of compassion among its employees. They work well together providing the best care possible, in a loving environment.
