One star because dr. Wickert is awesome but the glasses I got made here were absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Had to go back a few times to correct it. Checked my eyes like 3 times. Told the glasses people many times the distance is off when I look down. Kept telling me to keep them on for 2 weeks or more "to get used to it". I tbh stopped going back to get it "fixed" because it was no use as nothing they were not doing anything to fixing it. Which leads me to believe it's cheap quality.
Dr Samuel is very knowledgeable & so friendly & personable. Watching him interact with elderly patients was edifying to see how kind & gentle he was. I have recommended him to friends. He diagnosed a problem with my husbands eyes & referred him to an ophthalmologist with successful results.
Always professional and a great selection of glasses!
Dr D. Wickert took care of my full eye care exam, she was concise, patient, gave me options and best of all did not give me a sales pitch. By car their office is less than 10 minutes from home and I purposely support my community. The staff were professional and friendly which made for a satisfying experience, highly recommend.
