I visited this morning for my eye test. Dr.D. WICKERT is exceptional. The best eye care doctor I have ever met. She was very professional in every aspect of the care. She was very keen to provide the best service and advice. Staff was also great. Thank you.
Consistently a wonderful experience at Upper Appleby Eye Care. Dr. Fox-Chen was thorough and knowledgeable, and the entire office staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. A tiny screw had come loose from a pair of glasses I had gotten from here two years ago, and the team kindly replaced it on the spot. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Upper Appleby Eye Care. I had a metal particle stuck in my eye and needed urgent treatment. Even though they were very busy, they kindly squeezed me into their schedule because of the emergency. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Samuel today. He was very welcoming, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything about my eye health in great detail, answered all my questions about the different options available to me, and I didn't feel any sales pressure to purchase eye wear from any of the office staff. Highly recommend!
