I received the Voyage backpack as a Christmas gift, and my experience has been disappointing. While I love the clamshell wallet I bought at the One of a Kind Show, the backpack has had multiple issues. The zipper broke about 6 months after I received it. After bringing it in for repair, I discovered that the broken teeth were not addressed, leading to another failure at pickup. One if the cutess boutique ever. I love the purses for a few years now, but it was my first time in person in Toronto. My friends and I were really happy with the rest of the boutique, there were cards, jewelery and other super cute things. I had my eyes on a purse for a few months now, and I finally got it. The employee was really nice, she gave me a card holder as a thank you.
I’m committed to buying quality Canadian products. Uppdoo produces beautiful handbags of the highest quality all made locally. The leather is gorgeous! So far, I have purchased 3 handbags as well as other items from the Uppdoo boutique (and plan on buying more)! I highly recommend this store. Bonus: Ricky, the owner and designer, is such a lovely person to deal with.
Buyer beware: Shop does not offer refunds, even when item hasn't been made! I had a change of heart about this purchase very quickly after I made it. I sent an email asking for an order cancellation. Although I was informed that there is a 2-week backlog (confirming the item wasn't even made yet), no refund is possible. This also means that, if you're displeased with the quality of their product, you can only get credit for another Uppdoo product.
I have purchased multiple bags from Uppdoo and have NEVER been disappointed! The quality is amazing, I love that they are Canadian, and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this amazing company's products
