I scheduled a virtual appointment with this provider through Alma. I followed all the instructions outlined in Alma’s email. The appointment time arrives and I received no call from the provider. I followed up with Alma and they took five days to get back to me saying that the provider set their own schedule mind you Alma had this provider schedule said that they were available at the specific time I request requested and proceeded to book my appointment.
