My experience started out good. I like Dr. Baselli and he tested me to see if I was good candidate for the Urolift procedure. I was and we planned on going to the next step, but before I left one of the office staff said my insurance wont cover procedure and the Dr.wants to discuss other options. I wasn't looking for another option so I called back in a couple weeks and talked with Dawn Noonan, office manager. staff was very nice. made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
Be more competent and less unprofessional when scheduling patients and the office manager stop being rude thinking she is the CEO. They said there is nobody over her if you have any issues with the billing even the doctors. I was a new patient and was called three different times to be re-scheduled for Tana Gonzalez. Work with people who need payment plans so they can get their kidney stones treated and do not have to possibly die from sepsis from a kidney infection.
First let me say Dr. Bonslaver and his NP Tania deserve 5 stars. He performed my husband’s procedure flawlessly. The office staff however, are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Today I listened to them make follow up phone calls, discuss a patient’s lab results, and then listened to them make fun of another patient. Apparently HIPPA isn’t a concern for them and extremely disheartening to listen to them mock a patient. While Dr. Bonslaver may be top notch, I’d consider taking your business elsewhere.
Terrible doctors and rude staff! Office dirty. Do not have any procedures done at this place!
