My father was in the ICU this past February. The staff was great! Our nurse, Dan, was so kind and helpful. He even comforted me when I broke down when we finally made the decision to take dad off life support. It's not often you find a staff member that cares as much as he did. His kindness was much appreciated. The doctor was very informative and explained my father's condition in terms we could understand to help us make decisions about his care. Only negative reaction is with sleep center, both techs who assisted me were very professional, courteous. Too long for sleep test, and extremely long for report. It's been 7 months since initial consultation and 7 weeks waiting for sleep test results.
