Heavyset girl with short, brown hair at front desk (03/04/2022 5pm) was rude and made a scene multiple times putting not one, but TWO relatives of a patient out of the waiting area and continued to loudly talk about it to the security officers as they told her it wasn't an issue allowing them to sit and wait. I feel that she was doing it for attention and she clearly has too much time on her hands. This place is trash. They changed our appointment without telling us. Nobody can explain why. The office manager is too gutless to get on the phone and explain themselves and the lady keeps lying to us and telling us we couldn't find out the sex of our baby today anyway, despite the fact that this was the date they scheduled for it. Shes acting like its impossible when we found out our son's sex earlier than this.
